Skylar Derthick

Skylar Derthick is a graduate of Westminster Choir College, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Popular Music Studies in Music Production and his master’s degree in Choral Conducting. He has worked with choirs and singers of all ages, including St. Dominic’s Children’s Choir and Adult Choir, where he was a church musician for over two years, singing tenor for catholic masses. Skylar studied choral conducting under Dr. James Jordan at Westminster Choir College and Dr. Donald Nally, director of the four-time Grammy-nominated choir The Crossing. Skylar is a part-time voice teacher and enjoys DJing, sound design, and musical theater as well as engineering music for digital content creators.
