Concert Volunteer Role Descriptions
Our parish hosts wonderful concerts throughout the year, featuring both our own excellent music program and visiting musicians and ensembles. Help us welcome concertgoers to Blessed Sacrament and make these events possible!
Concert Ticket Taker / Greeter
What: Be one of the welcoming faces of Blessed Sacrament! As you greet concertgoers, take or check tickets, answer basic questions and help direct guests, you serve as a host to our beautiful—and historic!—church and help make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome.
Time Commitment: 45 minutes before the concert.
When: Before scheduled concerts throughout the year.
Concert Reception Help
What: Help us extend our hospitality beyond the concert! Volunteers are needed to set up our reception space, prepare and arrange refreshments, and/or help with takedown and cleanup afterward. Whether you can help before the concert, after it, or both, we’d be grateful for the extra hands.
Time Commitment: [XX] minutes for setup and/or cleanup.
When: Before and/or after scheduled concerts throughout the year.
And a perk! As a thank-you for your service, concert volunteers receive free admission to all Blessed Sacrament concerts throughout the year—not only the concerts at which you volunteer!
