The Boys

The little guys, hamming it up for the photographer.
A poster child if ever there was one!
The older boys keep careful watch over the littler guys. Or maybe it's the other way around.
The "football" field on a foggy morning.
LA AGONIA! (Aptly named)
The Convent

The Girls

The girls of Salvatierra.
Tania shows off the broom closet.
Madre Socorro and Nick.
America, whose vision was impaired. We paid for her surgery, and hope for a full and bright recovery!
The girls read to us in Spanish.

Our Founder

Gela paints the storage shed "MaruBlu"

The Volunteers

Fr. Jordan and the kids.
Jenny Yee with her pals: Javier, Miguel, Uriel, Victor, Miguel, & Daniel. That's Uriel mugging for the camera with those moose antlers! Uriel is one Cool Dude.
I'm not sure if this picture needs to (or ought to!) be explained, but the expressions are priceless.

The Work

Richard, Rick and Jon prepare slats for tacking down the temporary roof on one of the classrooms. The roof was completed in April and we just learned that it has withstood the winds of Hurricane Linda and Pauline!
Tearing off the old roof.
The new roof finished!
Nick and Nina inspect the plumbing.
Rick works on the "trailor" classroom floor. Donated linoleum finished the job.
Leon, wishing he had a donkey cart.
The water tower at Rancho. It's a miracle. Really.

The Town!

The town square. Kinda makes ya wanna come along, doesn't it?
A rare, quiet moment on main street.
A well stocked shopping cart!
