The Church has always provided spiritual, intellectual, and practical training for Catholics called to ministry. The local parish is the only place where most Catholics can receive instruction in the faith, acquire the practical ministry skills, and receive the spiritual support necessary to enable them to reach their world for Christ.

The following is an archive of lectures and articles dedicated to that task.
