Our Parish Communities are special ministries, working to bring a sense of "church" to parishioners at Blessed Sacrament and beyond. Communities are often a demographic collection of individuals active in many ministries, who promote and encourage a sense of unity in the parish.

Young Adults Group - Activities for single or married adults between the ages of 21 and 40. Focusing on volunteerism, ministry and social activities.
